Highway record plans

NYSDOT Highway Record Plans: Beginning 1900 supplies contract descriptions, locations, identifiers, award dates and repository links. Dates and scan flags are shown as recorded. Its index can lag recent contracts.

Structure inventory

NYSDOT Bridges and Large Culverts supplies facts for exact BIN searches. Source condition scales are labelled; a retrieval date is not a new inspection date.

Official plan repositories

Links open Record Plans Online. This product does not check file listings, download or rehost drawings. An indexed association is not proof that a drawing applies to your site.

Keeping information useful

Research is cached for up to a day. If a refresh fails, the last stored response can remain available with a stale-data label. Verify records and applicable conditions before relying on them for project decisions.

Free and private

Searching, reading, printing and exporting public research require no account. Saving research uses your shared CivilOS account. Saved entries are personal; they are never included in public results or exports. Paid project collaboration and other-product integrations are not included in this first release.
