Sagtikos State Parkway northbound from Southern State Parkway to Pine Aire Drive and on Sunken Meadow State Parkway southbound from the NY25 (Jericho Turnpike) to the Sunken Meadow State Park Toll Booth in the Towns of Islip and Smithtown, Suffolk County. Isolated concrete pavement repairs. 2. Southern State Parkway eastbound and westbound ramps to Sagtikos State Parkway northbound in the Town of Islip, Suffolk County. 3. NY27 (Sunrise Highway) from Exit 53 (NY112 Medford Avenue) to Exit 55 (CR101 Sills Road) in the Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County.
