This project proposes improvements to the drainage systems to maintain their reliability and integrity and help assure the continued safety of the traveling public. 1. NY27 (Sunrise Highway) at Atlantic Avenue in the Town of Hempstead, Nassau County. Repair/replace the top slabs of the drainage structures on the northeast and southeast corners. 2. Southern State Parkway from Eagle Avenue to Peninsula Boulevard in the Town of Hempstead, Nassau County. Clean and repair existing drainage structures and improve slopes. 3. Southern State Parkway at Hempstead Avenue in the Town of Hempstead, Nassau County. Extend catch basin locations in the westbound and the eastbound directions and clean structures. 4. NY102 (Front Street) from Compass Street to Mitchell Avenue in the Town of Hempstead, Nassau County. Clean and repair drainage structures and pipes. 5. Wantagh State Parkway from Prospect Avenue to Northern State Parkway in the Town of North Hempstead, Nassau County. Install catch basins in the northbound direction and connect them to the ones in the median that lead to a recharge basin. Clean and repair drainage structures. 6. Interstate 495 (Long Island Expressway) from Exit 41 (North Broadway) to Exit 43 (South Oyster Bay Road) in the Town of Oyster Bay, Nassau County. Clean and repair drainage structures. 7. NY111 (Islip Avenue) from Long Island Rail Road Montauk Line to Moffitt Boulevard in the Town of Islip, Suffolk County. Rehabilitate the road to improve water removal and eliminate areas where water puddles.

Intersection Improvements at US Rt 219 @ Peters Rd/ Miller Rd, Town of Ashford, Cattaraugus Co.

Route 146 over Normanskill Bridge Replacement with a shared use path for future connection to a Town of Guilderland project , BIN 1038310. Town of Guilderland, Albany County.

A project to perform bridge joint repairs on two bridges that carry I-390 over the Bath & Hammondsport Railroad in the Town of Avoca, Steuben County.

This contract mills and resurfaces Route 17 from the hamlet of Parksville to the village of Liberty, in the town and village of Liberty, Sullivan County. The ramps at exits 98, 99, 100A and 100 are included in the project limits. Additional work includes new guide railing installation, ground-mounted sign structure upgrades and new pavement markings. Safety Appurtenance Program (SAFETAP) items are also addressed as resources allow.

Replace the bridge carrying State Route 9W over the CSX/CP Rail Line. Town of Bethlehem, Albany County.

This project proposes to enhance safety at the intersection of NY101 (Port Washington Boulevard) at Middle Neck Road in the Town of North Hempstead, Nassau County. This project includes the addition of an auxiliary southbound lane on NY101 (Port Washington Boulevard) for through and right turn movements, extensions of both northbound and southbound left turn lanes on NY101 (Port Washington Boulevard) and addition of some pedestrian facilities.

This project installs or replaces missing or non-compliant ground mounted signs along federal aid eligible routes in Broome, Delaware, Otsego, Schoharie, Sullivan and Tioga counties.

This project will reconstruct road surface on Route 93 from NY Route 18F to Niagara Scenic Parkway NY 957A ramps. It will also correct excessive shoulder slope approaches from driveways in the Village of Youngstown and the Town of Porter in Niagara County.

I-87 Pavement Resurfacing from the Mohawk River to Exit 11. Project will also address guiderail deficiencies and outdated large panel signs. Town of Clifton Park, Saratoga County.

This Project will replace and rehabilitate large culverts on the state system with a focus on safety, infrastructure and hydraulic resiliency, supporting the state's economy and environmental stewardship, at various locations on the State and/or Federal Highway Systems within Region 2.

This project will replace/repair 7 culverts. These locations are in the Towns of Aurora, Cambria, Ellicottville, Franklinville, Lewiston, Napoli and North Collins. These culvert locations are on the following routes: Route 242, 16, 104, 400, 75, 425, and 242 in Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie and Niagara Counties.

A project to replace the bridge that carries NY 371 over Kirkwood Creek (BIN 1046900) in the Town of Cohocton, Steuben County.

This project will perform total painting of superstructure/substructure structural steel for twenty (20) bridges in Bronx, Kings, Queens, and Richmond Counties, NYC to preserve the structural steel and prolong the service life of the existing steel. It is expected that some limited steel repair work will be required to address structural steel elements that exhibit section loss or significant corrosion.

This project will perform maintenance on the structure carrying Route 971L (joining Route 11 and Route 190) over the Great Chazy River in the Town of Ellenburg, Clinton County.

This project will involve bridge painting to preserve and extend the life of bridges in Jefferson County. List of bridges to be painted: County Route 16 over Interstate 81 in the Town of Pamelia, Jefferson County. Interstate 81 southbound over County Route 15 in the Town of Pamelia, Jefferson County. Interstate 81 northbound over County Route 15 in the Town of Pamelia, Jefferson County. County Route 15 over Interstate 81 in the Town of Orleans, Jefferson County. State Route 193 over Sandy Creek in the Town of Ellisburg, Jefferson County. State Route 193 over South Sandy Creek in the Village of Ellisburg, Jefferson County.

This project is a pavement preservation (mill and fill) project for the I-190 from NY 31 to the Queenston-Lewiston Bridge, in the Towns of Niagara and Lewiston and for NY 951A (Lasalle Expressway) from I-190 to Williams Road, in the City of Niagara Falls and Town of Wheatfield; Niagara County.

This project is a pavement preservation project in the Towns of Tonawanda, Amherst and Cheektowaga, in the City of Buffalo, Erie County. Work will include resurfacing (mill and fill) the pavement on NY Reference Route 950K (Niagara Falls Blvd) from Kenmore Ave to Sheridan Dr, NY Route 263 (Millersport Hwy) from Eggert Rd to Hartford Rd, and NY Route 130 (Broadway St) from Goethe St to Dick Rd. Non-compliant sidewalk curb ramps will be replaced to ADA standards.

Replacing the existing bridge deck for the I-87 Exit 32 NB Off Ramp. Town of Lewis, Essex County.

This project proposes to repair the following bridges to help maintain the reliability and integrity of the bridges and thereby assure the continued safety of the traveling public. 1. NY110 (Broad Hollow Road) northbound over Interstate 495 (Long Island Expressway) in the Town of Huntington, Suffolk County 2. Long Island Expressway South Service Road over the Sagtikos State Parkway northbound ramp to Interstate 495 (Long Island Expressway) eastbound in the Town of Islip, Suffolk County 4. NY454 (Veterans Memorial Highway) eastbound over Northern State Parkway westbound in the Town of Smithtown, Suffolk County 5. CR19 (Waverly Avenue) over NY27 (Sunrise Highway) in the Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County

A project to perform culvert replacements and retaining wall repairs on State Routes 54 and 54A in the towns of Barrington, Pulteney and Urbana in Steuben and Yates counties.

The project consists of mowing and removing overgrown or undesirable vegetation and litter along Interstate 84, in interchange areas, entrance and exit ramps, and rest areas in the counties of Dutchess, Orange, and Putnam.

This project replaces deteriorated bridge rail systems, bridge railing tubes, and transition rail, if necessary, on 10 bridges throughout Region 9. Any turning fork transitions and wrap around clamps are also replaced.

A project to perform maintenance paving on 962E, 962F and NY 14 from Philo Road West to Oakwood Avenue in the Town and Village of Horseheads and the Village of Elmira Heights, Chemung County.

Resurface pavement as needed to improve conditions at the following sites: New York Route 85 in the Town of Bethlehem, Albany County; New York Route 144 in the Town of New Baltimore, New York Route 385 in the Towns of Catskill and Athens, and New York Route 385 in the Town of Coxsackie, Greene County; US Route 4 in the Town of East Greenbush, New York Route 66 in the Town of Sand Lake, and New York Route 67 in the Town of Hoosick, Rensselaer County; New York Route 5 in the Town of Scotia, Schenectady County and New York Route 7 in the City of Schenectady, and New York Route 50 in the Towns of Scotia, East Glenville, Schenectady County.

This project replaces deficient runs of corrugated and cable guiderail with new box beam guiderail on various routes in the counties of Broome, Chenango and Tioga.

This project replaces the deck and superstructure of the bridge along Routes 42 and 52 over the Neversink River; preserving safe, reliable and environmentally sound passage and increasing the bridge's useful life. Town of Fallsburg, Sullivan County.

Provide for repairs to guiderail and signs along the state highway system at the following sites: US Route 20 from Schenectady County Line to Schoolcraft Street) and NY Route 85 from State Route 443 to New Scotland South Road in Albany County; NY Route 23A from Conine Road Extension to Cartwright Road in Greene County; and NY Route 7 from Mason Lane to Johnsonville Road in Rensselaer County.

A project to perform bridge repairs on various bridges at locations in one or more of the following counties: Allegany, Schuyler, Steuben and Yates.

This milling and resurfacing project will restore a smooth riding surface to the 5.9 mile portion of I-81 from the Syracuse City line to Mattydale. Traffic will be maintained on-site using daily lane closures. Ramp work will require some temporary, overnight ramp closures. This work will take place in the Town of Salina, in Onondaga County.

Resurface pavement at the following sites: Route 9N from Route 74 to existing joint north of Brumbaugh Road, Town of Ticonderoga, Essex County; Route 4 from End Route 29 overlap to End Route 4/32 overlap, Towns of Saratoga and Northumberland, Saratoga County; Route 4 from Ten Broeck Street to Route 32, Town of Stillwater, Saratoga County; Route 50 from Interstate 87 ramp to existing joint/north of Perry Road, Town of Wilton and City of Saratoga Springs, Saratoga County; Route 50 from Start Route 50/67 overlap to existing joint at Front Street, Village of Ballston Spa, Saratoga County; Route 8 from Route 8/9 Loon Lake) to Interstate 87 northbound off ramp, Town of Chestertown, Warren County; Route 9 from Route 254 to Route 149, Town of Queensbury, Warren County; Route 9 from Route 149 to Route 9N South, Town of Lake George, Warren County; Route 22 from Archibald Street to East High Street, Town of Salem, Washington County.

This Project will replace and rehabilitate large culverts on the state system with a focus on safety, infrastructure and hydraulic resiliency, supporting the state's economy and environmental stewardship, at various locations on the State and/or Federal Highway Systems within Region 2.

This project will fund the Region's bridge painting program for SFY 24/25. bridge painting diminishes future need for maintenance by removing and replacing non functional paint system to prevent corrosion.

This project will improve the riding surface on I-490 from Rt 204 (Exit 6 - Airport) to Howard Rd (including Rt 531 interchange ramps and Exit 7 ramps) in the Town of Gates, Monroe County. Work also includes sign work (overhead and ground mounted) and ADA work.

The objective of this project is to restore the pavement condition by using an effective pavement treatment on NY Route 242 & NY Route 353 in the Town and Village of Little Valley in Cattaraugus County. In addition to the pavement restoration, there will be some drainage improvements to the existing drainage system on NY Route 242 in the Village of Little Valley.

This project proposes to restore the pavement riding surface to a smooth and distress free condition by milling and resurfacing the existing pavement. All proposed pavement work is expected to increase safety and provide a smooth riding surface for vehicular travel for the next 10 to 12 years. 1. NY27 (Sunrise Highway) South Service Road from Manor Lane to Brentwood Road in the Town of Islip, Suffolk County 2. NY27 (Sunrise Highway) North Service Road from Brentwood Road to Manor Lane in the Town of Islip, Suffolk County 3. NY27 (Sunrise Highway) South Service Road from CR85 (Montauk Highway) to CR97 (Nicolls Road) in the Town of Islip, Suffolk County 4. NY27 (Sunrise Highway) North Service Road from CR97 (Nicolls Road) to Pond Road in the Town of Islip, Suffolk County 5. NY25 (Middle Country Road) from NY25A to Splish Splash Drive in the Town of Riverhead, Suffolk County

This project will consist of pavement repairs on I-86 from Exit 20 to RM 17 51123034, within the Towns of Salamanca, Great Valley and Carrollton, in the City of Salamanca; County of Cattaraugus.

This project will correct existing pavement deficiencies on state Route 32 from Route 300 to the Ulster County Line in the Town of Newburgh in Orange County. The work will primarily consist of milling the existing pavement and resurfacing the roadway with a warm-mix asphalt overlay to the road surface to extend its service life and improve the quality and safety of the pavement.

This project proposes to restore the pavement riding surface to a smooth and distress free condition on NY27 (Sunrise Highway) from Queens/Nassau County line to Harrison Avenue in the Town of Hempstead, Nassau County by milling and resurfacing the existing pavement. All proposed pavement work is expected to increase safety and provide a smooth riding surface for vehicular travel for the next 10 to 12 years.

This project proposes to restore the pavement riding surface to a smooth and distress free condition on NY24 (Hempstead Turnpike) from Meadowbrook Parkway to NY110 (Broad Hollow Road) in the Towns of Hempstead, Oyster Bay, and Babylon, Nassau and Suffolk Counties by milling and resurfacing the existing pavement. All proposed pavement work is expected to increase safety and provide a smooth riding surface for vehicular travel for the next 10 to 12 years.

Repair large culvert in the Town of Durham, Greene County and replace large culverts in the Towns of Schodack and Brunswick, Rensselaer County and the Town of Princetown, Schenectady County

Repair of the Water Street Bridge over the D&H Rail Road in the City of Albany. The proposed work will preserve and prolong the service life of the existing structure and help maintain its reliability and integrity to assure the continued safety of the traveling public.

I-87 Pavement Resurfacing from Western Ave. to the Mohawk River. Town of Colonie, Albany County.

Bridge & Culvert Replacement of three bridges and one culvert in the Town of Evans, Erie County.

This project will restore pavement conditions as well as include culvert replacements, cable guiderail replacements and corridor sign replacements along NY Rte. 280; State Line to Quaker Lake and Wolf Run Rd - in the towns of Cold Spring and South Valley; Cattaraugus County.

This project will rehabilitate or replace the facade of the retaining wall supporting the Cross County Parkway at Kimball Avenue in the City of Yonkers, Westchester County. The project will make related drainage and pavement enhancements along the Cross County Parkway Eastbound Collector Ramp. The project may include cleaning and resurfacing of the street walk below the wall as needed.

Bridge painting to preserve and extend the life of bridges selected from throughout Region 1, which includes Albany, Essex, Greene, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Warren, and Washington Counties.

This project will provide a contract to for hazardous tree removal that is outside of our maintenance group's ability. The work will take place in various municipalities along the Taconic State Parkway from the Westchester/Putnam County Line to the Interstate 84 interchange in the counties of Dutchess and Putnam.

Resurface pavement at the following sites: US Route 20 (Western Avenue) from Cornell Avenue to Interstate 87 in the Town of Guilderland; Route 912S from McCarty Avenue to Interstate 787 in the City of Albany; Route 913V (South Mall Expressway) from Mall Platform to Grand Street Overpass in the City of Albany; Albany County. Route 81 from Albany County Line to North Road in the Towns of Rensselaerville, Durham, Greenville; Route 385 from Village of Athens to Murderers Creek in the Town of Athens; Greene County. Route 9 from South of Rt 9/20 split to Route 4. Town of East Greenbush, Rensselaer County. Project includes NY 915B Green Island Bridge Traffic Reconfiguration and Pedestrian Improvements. 5-way intersection between the traffic signals in Troy and Green Island. Village of Green Island, Albany County.

This project proposes to replace the Route 19 bridge over Black Creek in the Town of Bergen, Genesee County.

Repairs on bridge carrying Route 2 (Congress Street) over the Hudson River. City of Troy, Rensselaer County.

A project to perform paving work on I-86 between Exit 29 (Friendship) and Exit 30 (Belmont) and the Friendship rest area in the towns of Friendship, Amity and Angelica, Allegany County.

A project to perform paving on I-86 between Horseheads and Elmira, I-86 on and off ramps for Church and Water Street and on NY 352/East Church Street from I-86 to Judson Street in the towns of Horseheads and Elmira, Chemung County

This project will repave Rt 15 from Rt 253 to Rt 252 in the Town of Henrietta, Monroe County.

A project to replace the culvert that carries NY 21 over Mill Creek in the Town of Wayland, Steuben County

This project will resurface 1.3 miles of State Route 5 from RM 5 2512 1109 to RM 5 2512 1123 in the Town of Palatine, Montgomery County.

This interchange reconstruction project is the second phase of a project to increase safety and mobility on NYS Route 17 in proximity to the interchange with Crystal Run Road, East Main Street. The project will complete the reconstruction of the Exit 122 interchange to meet interstate standards for design, as the entirety of Route 17 is designated to be converted to Interstate 86. Work includes new ramps on the Westbound side of Route 17 to Crystal Run Road and to Interstate 84 Eastbound, and to improve the ramp from Crystal Run Road to Route 17 Eastbound. Work will also include pedestrian improvements including a shared use path along Crystal run road, the widening of the NY Route 17 over the Wallkill River bridge, and signal improvements where necessary. This project is located in the Town of Wallkill in Orange County.

A project to replace the superstructure of a bridge that carries SR 14 over the Norfolk Southern Railroad in the Village of Horseheads, Chemung County.

This project will replace signs that are damaged, have fallen down, have no reflectivity for nighttime visibility, and/or will correct safety/operational issues as needed at locations in Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie & Niagara Counties.

Replace traffic signals at the following locations: Route 911H (Altamont Avenue) at Suffolk and Obrien Avenues, in the Town of Rotterdam, Schenectady County; Route 385 (West Bridge Street) at W Main Street, in the Village of Catskill, Greene County; Route 9 (Halfmoon Parkway) at Route 911P (Crescent Vischer Ferry Road/CR 99 Church Hill Road), in the Town of Halfmoon, Saratoga County; Route 146A (Ballston Lake Road) at Ashdown Road, in the Town of Clifton Park, Saratoga County.

This project will undertake actions to extend the service life of 4 bridges on state highways in Rockland and Westchester Counties. This project will rehabilitate the following four structures that carry NY Route 59 over Pasack Road in the Village of Spring Valley in the Town of Clarkstown in Rockland County, NY Route 116 over the Titicus River in the Town of North Salem, Interstate 287 over the Saw Mill River Parkway in the Village of Elmsford in the Town of Greenburgh, and Interstate 287 over the Bronx River Parkway in the City of White Plains and Town of Greenburgh in Westchester County. Specifically, this project will perform joint replacement/repair on the bridges carrying Interstate 287 and superstructure replacement on the bridges carrying Routes 59 and 116.

This project will increase pedestrian accessibility and safety by meeting the standards set by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets (MUTCD) in various locations in Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, and Niagara Counties to be identified.

This project will take place on NY Route 394 in the City of Jamestown and within the Towns of Ellicott and Poland in Chautauqua County. The objective of this project is to restore the pavement by a mill and fill process and will also address the drainage issue along the south side of Route 394 in the City of Jamestown.

This project will replace four culverts in Orange and Ulster counties. The replacements will occur on the culverts that carry State Routes 52, 17K, and 213 over unknown streams and US Route 44 over Twaalfskill Creek. The work will take place throughout various municipalities in Orange and Ulster Counties. Work may include associated guiderail, pavement, and slope repairs associated with replacing the culverts.

Pavement and Roadside Improvement Project - Route 20 Sangerfield to Bridgewater, Oneida County.

This project will rehab or replace seven culverts in Orange and Rockland counties. The replacements will occur on the culverts that carry US Route 6 over Rutgers Creek, the Palisades Interstate Parkway over unknown stream, NY 208 over unknown stream, and two culverts carrying NY Route 284 over Lockenhurts Pond and Rutgers Creek. The two culverts carrying Interstate 84 over Unknown Stream and Creek will be rehabilitated. The work will take place throughout various municipalities in Orange and Rockland Counties.

This project will correct existing pavement deficiencies on State Route 209 from Port Jervis City Line to Route 211 in the City of Port Jervis and Town of Deerpark in Orange County. The work will primarily consist of milling and filling the roadway and resurfacing with warm-mix asphalt to extend its service life and improve the quality and safety of the pavement.

This project will replace twenty (20) overhead sign structures on the State Roadway system in all counties but New York County with new overhead sign structures and/or ground mount signs to comply with the current standards in the National Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices with NYS Supplement.
