- This project will make intersection safety and highway drainage improvements by reconstructing and reconfiguring U.S. Route 11 (Main Street), Route 49 (Fulton and East Avenues) and County Route 12 (Mallory Street) from just south of County Route 12 to approximately 0.2 miles north of Route 49 and from approximately 0.1 miles west of U.S. Route 11 to Webb Place in the Village of Central Square, Oswego County.SAFETY · Let by NYSDOT · Planned construction completion Mar 5, 2031
