This project will repaint the following structures: Route 3 over Black River in the Village of Deferiet, Jefferson County. Route 3 over Oswegatchie River in the Town of Clifton, St. Lawrence County. Route 3 over Raquette River in the Town of Piercefield, St. Lawrence County. Route 30 over Fish Creek in the Town of Santa Clara, Franklin County. County Route 90 over Interstate 81 in the Town of Ellisburg, Jefferson County. This project will also wash the structure carrying Route 11 over the CSX Railroad in the Town of LeRay, Jefferson County.
