This project will resurface Interstate 287, also known as the Cross Westchester Expressway, from the Westchester Avenue interchange to the Route 1 interchange in the Towns of Harrison and Rye, the villages of Harrison, Rye Brook, and Port Chester as well as the Cities of White Plains and Rye in Westchester County. Additionally, on and off ramp resurfacing with the project's limits will be included as determined necessary and feasible within the scope of the project. Work will also include drainage improvements.
