Capital Program
- This project will correct existing pavement deficiencies on State Route 117 from Setters Lane to Route 141 and State Route 9A from North of Belmont Road to North State Road in the Towns of Ossining and Mount Pleasant, and Villages of Briarcliff Manor and Pleasantville in Westchester County. The work will primarily consist of milling and filling the roadway and resurfacing with warm-mix asphalt to extend its service life and improve the quality and safety of the pavement.Corrective Maint · Let by NYSDOT · Planned construction completion Nov 2, 2027
