Capital Program
- This project consists of replacing culverts with major deficiencies on state highway Route 123 and Route 301. The culverts are in the towns of Kent, Putnam Valley, and Lewisboro, and in the counties of Putnam and Westchester. The small culverts will be replaced with large culverts.
