THIS PROJECT RESURFACES 4.2 CENTERLINE MILES OF I86 (MP 18.27 TO 22.47) FROM THE BRIDGE OVER PUMPELLY CREEK IN THE VILLAGE OF OWEGO, TO THE BRIDGE OVER MARSHLAND ROAD IN THE TOWN OF OWEGO, TIOGA COUNTY. ADDITIONAL WORK INCLUDES NEW GUIDE RAILING AND MIARD INSTALLATION, DRAINAGE UPGRADES AND GROUND-MOUNTED SIGN STRUCTURE UPGRADES. THE STATE CERTIFIES THAT THIS PROJECT HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE REGIONAL SAFETY EVALUATION ENGINEER AND SIGNED OFF BY THE REGIONAL TRAFFIC ENGINEER.

Capital Program
- This project resurfaces 4.2 centerline miles of Interstate 86 from the bridge over Pumpelly Creek in the village of Owego to the bridge over Marshland Road in the town of Owego, Tioga County.
