THIS PROJECT MILLS AND RESURFACES I86 FROM THE BRIDGE OVER THE SUSQUEHANNA RIVER TO THE BRIDGE OVER WAPPASENING CREEK, APPROXIMATELY ONE MILE EAST OF EXIT 62, IN THE VILLAGE OF NICHOLS, TIOGA COUNTY. ADDITIONAL WORK INCLUDES NEW GUIDE RAILING INSTALLATION, GROUND-MOUNTED SIGN STRUCTURE UPGRADES, AND NEW PAVEMENT MARKINGS. SAFETAP ITEMS WILL ALSO BE ADDRESSED AS RESOURCES ALLOW.

Capital Program
- This project mills and resurfaces I86 from the bridge over the Susquehanna River to the bridge over Wappasening Creek, approximately one mile east of Exit 62, in the village of Nichols, Tioga County. Additional work includes new guide railing installation, ground-mounted sign structure upgrades, and new pavement markings.
