THIS CONTRACT MILLS AND RESURFACES RT. 17 FROM THE HAMLET OF PARKSVILLE TO THE VILLAGE OF LIBERTY (MP 10.85 TO 18.37) IN THE TOWN AND VILLAGE OF LIBERTY, SULLIVAN COUNTY. THE RAMPS AT EXITS 98, 99, 100A AND 100 ARE INCLUDED IN THE PROJECT LIMITS. ADDITIONAL WORK INCLUDES NEW GUIDE RAILING INSTALLATION, GROUND-MOUNTED SIGN STRUCTURE UPGRADES AND NEW PAVEMENT MARKINGS. SAFETAP ITEMS ARE ALSO ADDRESSED AS RESOURCES ALLOW.

Capital Program
- This contract mills and resurfaces Route 17 from the hamlet of Parksville to the village of Liberty, in the town and village of Liberty, Sullivan County. The ramps at exits 98, 99, 100A and 100 are included in the project limits. Additional work includes new guide railing installation, ground-mounted sign structure upgrades and new pavement markings.
