Capital Program
- This project addresses 9 large culverts on roadways on the NHS: 5 culverts located on Interstate 81 in the town of Kirkwood, Broome County, 1 culvert located on Interstate 81 in the town of Barker, Broome County, 1 culvert located on Route 991L in the village of Afton, Chenango County, 1 culvert located on Route 17 in the town of Hancock, Delaware County, and 1 culvert located on Route 28 in the town of Meredith, Delaware County.
