NY107 (Cedar Swamp Road) from Glen Cove Road to High Farms Road in the Town of Oyster Bay, Nassau County. Replace box beam guiderail at the median. 4. NY27A (Montauk Highway) from Bryan Avenue to South Delaware Avenue in the Town of Babylon, Suffolk County. Replace sections of guiderail. 5. NY27 (Sunrise Highway) eastbound at County Line Road in the Town of Babylon, Suffolk County. Replace sections of guiderail. 6. Southern State Parkway in Town of Babylon, Suffolk County. Replace section of guiderail. a. the bridge near NY109 (Farmingdale Road) b. Park Avenue to NY231 (Deer Park Avenue) 7. Interstate 495 (Long Island Expressway) from Nassau/ Suffolk County Line to Commack Road in the Town of Huntington, Suffolk County. Repair/ replace sections of guiderail. 8.
