- This project crack and seats and overlays Route 17 from Apalachin to the Broome County line.and includes 2 Bridge deck replacements. Additional work on Route 17 includes repairing 27 culverts, adding guide rails, drainage and ground-mounted sign structure upgrades. SAFETAP items are also addressed. This project also mills and resurfaces the asphalt pavement and shoulders on Rt. 962J (Valley View Drive with bicycle and pedestrian facilities improvements and newly resurfaced shoulders and pavement markings and traffic signal loop replacements.
